About the Role
The Administrative Specialist role will support other Gemsbok consultants with client deliverables. This work will include tasks such as making phone calls to state agencies regarding notices, exporting detailed accounting reports for various client needs, matching travel receipts to expense reports, entering credit card activity into client’s financials, syncing time-tracking activity for payroll, checking clients email accounts and other general office tasks. This role will also be asked to keep other consultants on track for up-coming due dates and to work with the consultants to gather required documents.
This role will work from their home and will need a focused area to work. Gemsbok will provide a computer. Much of the work will need to be done between 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday, but which days and what hours during this time are flexible. When working, the Administrative Specialist would be expected to respond to an email, slack or other communication within 1 hour.
